Gossamer threads dangle from somewhere unseen, dancing on glimmering piano arrangements and gentle acoustic guitar progressions. Within each aural phrase is a fractured image of a memory. Moskitoo’s voice is like this crystalline reflection, focusing the energy from each disparate note into a glowing beacon. Each word balances with delicate grace on the flowing sonic shapes, a jagged river finding the sea. It all disappears back into the ether before we can exhale, leaving us desperately wanting more.
“Text and the Form” is the title track from Federico Madeddu Giuntoli’s debut album, out on November 25 via FLAU. Pre-order HERE.
