And All The Clocks Ran Dry breathes like a living thing caught between dimensions. Sonic vistas cloaked in stretched and blurred melodies open up, vast and impossibly tender. An array of synths wash across the spatial plane, pulling focus and stretching perception until the borders between listening and being listened to start to dissolve. These elegiac drones don’t just fill space; they create it, carving out chambers in the air where time feels negotiable. There’s something pure at the core of this music, something almost frighteningly honest in how Voelk and Monteith let their sounds hang suspended, unresolved. The gravity in the way they use repeating motifs to open emotive channels is undeniable: each cycle a gentle insistence, a patient hand saying stay, just a little longer. It’s beautiful and heartbreaking in equal measure, the kind of collaboration that only happens when two people stop performing and start remembering what it feels like to exist together in sound.
And All The Clocks Ran Dry will be released on February 20, 2026 by Room 40. Stream below and pre-order HERE.
