Video Premiere: Yorkshire Modular Society “Fiery the Angels Fell”[excerpt]

What dreams lurk in the distance? Where do our nightmares send us in the end? Yorkshire Modular Society’s “Fiery the Angels Fell” is a languid drift through empty space reflecting on the fall. Blurred landscapes move in slow motion, melodic echoes stretched beyond time and into a moment of stillness. Within its glacial progressions, this music is immersive and almost tactile. The cold, immovable abyss may beckon far into the distance, but Yorkshire Modular Society saturates these sonic confines with a synthetic warmth. It pulls us in close as we watch the fires explode.

Fiery the Angels Fell will be released by Dragon’s Eye Recordings on June 7. Preorder HERE.
